Do you provide both rendering and plastering?
Yes. The planned service range covers silicone, monocouche, insulated and traditional render systems, render repairs, plastering, skimming and associated preparation.
Can you render over an existing finish?
Sometimes, but only after the existing background has been assessed. Hollow render, movement, coatings and moisture defects can change the correct preparation or system.
Is the initial survey free?
Yes. Pro Rend offers a free initial survey for suitable projects within the normal service area. The project location and broad scope are confirmed before an appointment is arranged.
Do you work with builders and developers?
Yes. Drawings, programme dates, access and package requirements can be submitted through the quote form for review.
How is a quotation prepared?
The team first reviews the project information and normally arranges a site assessment. The quotation should then describe preparation, system build-up, finish and relevant exclusions.
Can I see examples of completed work?
Yes. The case studies show completed rendering and plastering work, including genuine customer project photography from Essex.
What does the 5-year guarantee cover?
Pro Rend provides a 5-year workmanship guarantee on eligible completed work. The exact coverage, exclusions and relevant aftercare requirements are confirmed in writing with the agreed quotation.
How quickly will you respond?
Pro Rend aims to respond the same working day to enquiries received during normal Monday–Friday working hours. Photographs and a postcode help make that first response more useful.
